Stop Armpit Sweat And Hyperhidrosis With Your Mind!

Don’t Think It’s Possible To Stop Armpit Sweat With Your Mind?

Think again, because it ABSOLUTELY is!

When trying to stop underarm sweat and hyperhidrosis, your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. The thoughts that you allow to dwell in your mind have a direct effect on excessive sweating. They will either accelerate or sabotage your efforts to stop armpit sweat.

But you may say, “Well the thoughts just come into my mind, I’m not choosing them.”

That’s exactly the point!

Each of us has a choice every minute as to which thoughts we choose to give attention to. You have that choice right now as you read these words. You could be skeptical, ignore this advice, and move on to the next website about how to stop excessive sweating. Or you could choose to read these words carefully, make a decision to make changes in your life, and cure your sweating problem.

Many have already experienced this fact–You can ABSOLUTELY stop armpit sweat and HH with your mind.

It’s impossible for me to teach you exactly how to do this in a short article. But I can give you a good starting point…

  1. Hypnosis. (1+2+3+4)
  2. Gratitude

Here’s a story which demonstrates the power of your mind when charged by using the techniques listed above:

Two Yogis–which are people that use the techniques above religiously–went into the Himalayan Mountains on a freezing cold winter night. They were accompanied by a crew of American scientists. The scientists were conducting a study on the effects of meditation on the mind.

Up in the freezing cold mountains, the Yogis were to meditate without their shirts on to show their skin’s resistance to freezing conditions when in meditative states. The scientists were there to use EEG devices to monitor the Yogis’ brain activity.

The Yogis began meditating shirtless. After about 20 minutes one of the Yogis instructed the scientists to get blankets and soak them with water. He then told the scientist to put one of the soaking, freezing blankets on each Yogi, and a 3rd just on the ground somewhere.

The scientists were reluctant because they didn’t want the Yogis to freeze to death. But they did it anyway and monitored the EEGs closely. To everyone’s amazement–except the Yogis–the two blankets were bone-dry and warm in less than 30 minutes. The 3rd blanket, which was lying on the ground, was still soaking wet and near-frozen.

Within a few minutes, the Yogis again instructed the scientists to get the blankets wet again and repeat the process. The Yogis again used their minds to manipulate their body temperature to a point that it was hot enough to dry soaking wet blankets on a below-freezing winter night.

That’s a true, scientifically-documented story. And this was not a unique experience. Over the last few decades, there have been countless other scientific studies documenting the transformational potential of these techniques.

Just think–if these Yogis were able to turn their bodies into heaters in the dead-cold of a winter night in the mountains, don’t you think you could get your sweat glands to slow down just a little and stop armpit sweat?

I mean, they are your sweat glands. They should listen to you, right?

But how do you communicate with your sweat glands? Do you just say your orders out-loud? Like, “Hey, sweat glands, could you slow down a little for me?”

Well, that might work, but it’s not the way I did it.

In order to send that message, you have to deliver it to your sub-conscious mind. Your subconscious works better with pictures than it does with words.

The best way to do that is with the process from above, which I’ll repeat here:

  1. Hypnosis. (1+2+3+4)
  2. Gratitude

Do these exercises with an attitude of gratitude, playfulness, and belief. Make sure you are relaxed and having fun while doing them. Don’t take it too seriously.
