Like any other skill, visualizing takes time to get good at (even though we already do it all the time…).

To start controlling underarm sweat, you have to see it. You’re going to see it in your mind so frequently that it begins feeling real.

Ground Rules: Stop Underarm sweat With Visualizing

As a beginner, visualize right after you complete Steps One and Two.

Don’t do it for too long. Keep each session less than ten minutes. Get in and get out.

To stop armpit sweat, you’ll have to do this frequently. If you spend too much time, you’ll likely do it less often. Short and sweet.

Select your best excessive sweat visual (one of ours or your own) and then tweek it so that it appeals to you. NLP is perfect for this. (Coming Soon)

Keep the underarm sweat visuals in motion. It’s harder to concentrate on a static image (not moving). Keep them moving.

Make the picture as real as possible. Add details to it for realism. Adding detail takes more focus, but once you practice it gets easier.

The idea is to see the picture as clearly as you would if you were looking at it.

As your SNS gets the message, underarm sweat will disappear.

Make sure the visual feels good. So long as you’re feeling good, you are moving toward the goal of stopping underarm perspiration.

If the visual causes any negativity whatsoever, change it.

Associate affirmations with the visual. Play (say) them as you are experiencing the visual. This links the visual and the affirmation. In time, whenever you say the affirmation, you feel strong.

Revisit your armpit sweat visual as often as possible. Take several moments out of each day and visit the goal in a fully conscious state.

Use the same affirmation that you associated with the visual, and say it to yourself throughout the day.

And of course, make sure you are giving a healthy portion of gratitude all day everyday. It is that attitude of gratitude that will make all the difference in your underarm sweat.
