What's The Best Home Remedy For Excessive Sweating?

Everybody's always emailing me asking what the best home remedy for excessive sweating is. Well, guess what? There are lots of home remedies to try, but there's no such thing as a best one. Some things work for some people and others work for others.

So what should you do if you haven't stopped the sweating yet? Don't just sit there and be depressed. Try more stuff! (When you look back on it, this will be the fun part.)

Have you ever heard of Mechanic Method?

Yeah, it's like the method that me and my brother used to stop sweating. You know, like the basis of our entire philosophy, and this entire website. Yeah, well it works. And it's very, very cheap to administer.

It goes like this:

• Step 1: Go to the doctor (nw) (This one may cost a lot if you don't have insurance. It's not necessary if you follow the rest of the Method, but it's mainly for safety. Your sweating could be from a different condition that you need to address first. Plus, the Doc's usually got some goodies we can try.)
• Step 2: Rock your body (nw)
• Step 3: Rock your mind (nw)
• Step 4: Stack, stack, stack (nw)
