Sweating and Cold Showers - how to make it happen

I love swimming, so in the summer I often go to a public pool to swim. I started to notice that after I spent a long time in the pool and changed into my normal clothes I didn't sweat anymore.

At first I thought it had to do with the long time I spent in water. So I tried taking a long bath with hot water. I noticed that I still sweat so I decided to try something else.

I started taking cold showers. I started with luke warm water and slowly made the water colder. I now am some what used to taking cold showers and doing this along with other "stacking" techniques has reduced my sweating.

Hope this helps someone :)
