I am 13 years old and suffering from a major case of excessive sweating.

When i do work in school my paper gets wet,
at church its so hard because i have to sit with my class and have to hand shake.

I want to play sport such as volleyball or basketball but cant because of my hands.

This sucks.

Hi there, I’m so sorry to hear about your situation. But I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t heard it before.

Sounds like palm sweating is your major problem. Check out our full article on palm sweating for some remedies specific to that.

Does any part of you other than your palms bother you?

Since you’re so young (only 13, right?) there is an overwhelming percentage chance that the excessive sweating will go away by itself.

Do you know what I’m saying?

Most likely, this will soon be a thing of the past. So hang in there while it plays out. There are some pretty cool articles we have written in the past that would probably help you.

Here are some of the best ones that I recommend you check out:

Check it out here.

From that page, there are a whole bunch of other good pages linked that contain tips, cures, treatment ideas, tricks & remedies. Click on the ones below that interest you.

Hope this helps, my friend. Like I said, you’re so young, I’m sure you’ll be fine.

I know that it’s hard though. And I encourage you to hang in there. Let me know if you have any other questions or need help.
