What happens if you don't take care of body odor?

Hi, I'm new here and I'm wondering: what happens to you if you don't take care of your body odor?

Answer: Hi Shannon, thanks for the question. The answer is that nothing really happens to you if you don't take care of your B.O. It is not a physically threatening disease.

HOWEVER, if you smell offensively, people may not like spending time with you. Nobody really likes a stinker. It may be difficult for you to find a relationship and you may experience some social embarrassment.

But nothing physically dangerous happens.

In certain societies, body odor is not something to be ashamed of or hidden. In India and a lot of places in Europe for instance, many people have stronger-than-normal B.O.

Hope this helps.
