Sweating in School

We wear a light yellow type shirt as our uniform in school. Even if i start sweating a little in the armpits, it shows. This has reduced my confidence a lot and im afraid being active. Please help.

Our uniform tees are baby blue and show the slightest drip of water. I usually wear my jumper…ALL THE TIME even during summer! Though lately I’ve discovered underarm shields so the sweat won’t seep through. You could maybe try them because theres a whole range of clothing shields.
