    Hello Jayson,

There are a lot of things you can use to cure Palmar Hyperhidrosis, or sweaty palms.

I would recommend that you follow the same process as somebody with excessive sweating armpits, feet, or face, which is Mechanic Method.

The steps of Mechanic Method is what this whole website is built around. Go through the process…

Start with “Doctor” and read the whole page. Learn about why it’s important to work consistently with a good doctor, and how to find a good one. Read about what the doctor is likely to give you (prescription antiperspirant), and how you can use it.

Then move on to “Your Body” and read about good foods, bad foods, super-foods, and exercise for excessive sweating.

Follow that up with “Your Mind” and learn how your thinking plays a part in the amount that you sweat. Understand that excessive sweating is a malfunction, an imbalance in your system. Read about how building confidence, social skills, relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis can help you take charge of your nervous system to treat the sweating from it’s core.

Finally, move on to “Stacking” and pick up a couple sweat-specific solutions for the sweaty palms. Deodorite would probably help you. Also, you can investigate Drionics, aka Iontophoresis, if you haven’t already.

Another thing that would help you can be found under “More Remedies” and then clicking on “Cost-Effective Solutions.” The first thing you’ll read about is what I call ‘Ghetto Drionics.’ Try that out as you’re using “Your Body” and “Your Mind.”

Hope this helps. I hope you are able to use Mechanic Method to solve this sweating problem as we have done. It feels sooo good once you start seeing the light.

Good luck, and check back to let us know how it worked.

    Sincerely,

    Chris Mechanic
