Ground Sage For Excessive Sweating?

Stephanie
Location: Robertsdale, AL

I recently bought a jar of ground sage. I saw online how it can reduce sweating.

Most sites talk about dried sage, but ground will work the same? I would think. Am I right or wrong?

Also if ground is okay and I would want to mix it with bottled water how much would I use?

Thanks for your time.

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for your question. There are surely some other people that are wondering the same thing.

Ground sage will work just fine for excessive sweating. I wouldn’t recommend mixing it directly with water, though.

What I would recommend is making a tea with it. Click on “Herbs For Sweat” along the left. Read about herbs in general, and how they work.

All the way at the bottom of that page, you’ll see a link that says “Sage.” Clicking on that takes you to a page all about Sage for excessive sweating. You’ll find a bunch of good info, and also a recipe to make the tea I was telling you about.

In addition to using Sage, use some other remedies for excessive sweating simultaneously. This is the essence of Mechanic Method, which is what this site is all about. Don’t just use one thing. Use three, five, ten!

Follow the steps along the left. Start with “Doctor” (important), then move on to “Your Body,” “Your Mind,” and finally “Stackers.”

Make big changes, and you’ll see BIGGER results.

Good luck, and thanks again for the good question. I hope you’ll soon start seeing the light and feeling better.

    Sincerely,

    Chris Mechanic
